When I purchase my tickets online, how do I receive them?
Tickets can be printed at home, scanned electronically from your phone at the entrance, or picked up at will call, based on your preference during checkout. Please bring a valid ID for verification.
Where is parking located for the concert?
Parking is available at designated lots like Manteo Elementary School. Avoid parking on Devon St., Croatan St., and John Borden St. Enjoy local shops and restaurants before the show! More parking details: Manteo Parking Info.
Can boats dock up at Festival Park?
No, all venue docks are closed during event days. Attendees must enter through the main entrance with a valid ticket.
What time do the gates open?
Gate times vary per event. Check the specific event’s ticket page for exact details.
Can I bring ‘outside food and drinks’ inside the festival?
Outside food and beverages are prohibited, but there are plenty of food vendors and on-site beer and wine sales to enjoy.
If I can’t attend, can I get a refund on my ticket?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, and events proceed rain or shine.
Can I bring my pets inside for the festival?
Only service animals are allowed, we do ask for consideration of patons, as our events will host loud music, and lighting & potential strobs on a show by show bases, any additional quesitons please email our team at info@livefromobx.com
Chair Policy?
Due to isssues with contriban, safey concerns for patrons, & impact of shuttle service. No outside chairs will be permited of any kind, Rental Chairs will be avialable on a first come first rental bases. Payment will be card only.
Do you have accommodations for guests with disabilities?

Ample parking is provided at designated lots. Avoid parking in unauthorized areas. Tailgating is not allowed, but we encourage you to enjoy Manteo’s charming downtown before the show.

First-aid stations are available on-site, staffed with trained professionals. Locate the nearest medical station upon arrival for peace of mind.
Security
Security personnel are present for your safety. All bags are subject to search. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Cooperation is appreciated to ensure a smooth event experience.
Food
A variety of food vendors are available, offering everything from local favorites to festival classics. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are typically available.
Beverages
Beer and wine are sold on-site for guests aged 21+. Water refill stations are available, so bring an empty bottle to stay hydrated!
Bathrooms & Handwashing Stations
Clean and accessible restrooms, including ADA options, are located throughout the venue. Handwashing stations are provided for your convenience.
Information / Lost & Found
Visit the Information Booth near the main entrance for event details, lost and found, and general inquiries. Items left behind can be claimed at this booth or by contacting us post-event.
